ABOUT ME

I hold a Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy Studies and have completed clinical training for the Master of Psychotherapy at Auckland University of Technology. I am registered with the Psychotherapists Board of Aotearoa New Zealand (PBANZ).

Before training as a psychotherapist, I completed a Bachelors degree in Information Technology, and worked professionally in the IT industry. This background informs my understanding of corporate environments and how they can contribute to anxiety, stress, loneliness, and relationship difficulties. Over time, I began my search for something more meaningful, a vocation that allowed me to give back, which led me to psychotherapy.

Alongside formal training, my practice continues to be shaped by ongoing clinical work in both private practice and at Higher Ground Papa Taumata, alongside clinical supervision, and a commitment to reflective practice.
